We cannot promise any particular time before we have spoken, but shift patterns can generally be worked around, and emergency call-outs are available when we can get to you.
Can you come to my workplace car park in Crewe?
Yes, as long as whoever manages the site is happy for a van to work there and there is room beside the vehicle. For a lot of shift workers that is the easiest option of all — the car is parked up for the length of the shift anyway, so the work happens in time you were not using.
I live on a terraced street off Nantwich Road with no driveway. Will that stop you working?
No. Much of the housing around the town centre is terraced with on-street parking, so kerbside work is completely routine for us. We need enough space to open the van doors and get safely to the wheels, so if the street is particularly tight or busy, say so when you ring and we will work out where to put the vehicle.
Will you tell me straight what is actually wrong with it?
Yes, and in this town people notice if you do not. We tell you what the fault is, what it needs, what it does not need yet and what can safely wait until next time.
